They asked for a health provider over the loud speaker. I hesitated and waited for someone else to get up. They didn't. After the 3rd request I got up...Mind you when I finally got up, I was dismissed by non health professionals/onlookers when I said I was nurse. It was my husband that was passed out by the bathroom...never again

So i have been in this situation before (ER RN here) - the staff have to call ground control and communicate with a ground physician/provider. An internal med doc and I had to wait ground orders prior to initiating tx. :-) I also got gifted points for tx/care from AA.
