He stayed in the hospital the whole week I was being induced, with complications. Held my leg up and cried with me through pushing while telling me how much he loved me and was proud of me, and then my hand when we had to be rushed for a c-section instead. Spoke calmly to me the whole time he looked so scared while crying when our son had his cord wrapped twice around his neck and his head stuck in my pelvis. But our beautiful boy turned a month old today, and we broke up.
