Like I am 5’0 and the only time ive ever lost weight I was absolutely miserable. Everyone says just -500 but I work long hours at a desk job and that deficit would put me under 1000. Its not sustainable and I feel jealous for not being able to have like frappes or cake in the office without having to track everything.

I tried 1480cal. A big nope. I can’t imagine eating 1200 and being okay. For reference I’m 5’2 73kg. I’m losing weight on 1740 cals 10k steps + 4-5 workouts a week and 45 minutes of cardio. Like what?
