Bro the finger coil is cooking u just use a soft t shirt and dry your hair softly leave it damp and it will naturally curl and save ur hair and scalp

You gotta stop the finger curling, you have thin hair and doing so you’ll create some form of tension which can lead to thinning spots, just leave ya hair as is without finger curling
