forever grateful for nurses and the doctor when my grandpa coded they wasted no time to rescue him. he had preserved ef and came back to life after a day when everybody told us dont expect him to live alhamdillulah

I often wonder if healthcare workers could benifit from like rationalization classes/ therapy of some kind. like what I mean is teaching people how to think about situations, their work, in such a way that allows them to detach and not feel anything because it's not your fault that people are human. chefs don't feel any kind of way about their food, mechanics don't get impacted by their work, why should a healthcare worker be impacted by a situation that they have no responsibility for causing, no reason to feel bad in any way regardless of the outcome
