@nourishwithnoa: high protein raspberry cheesecake 🍰 ingredients: 1x 160g vanila YoPRO yoghurt tub 200g cottage cheese 2 eggs ¼ cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp cornflour ½ cup raspberries method: 1. Preheat oven to 180℃ (160℃ fan forced). 2. Add all of your ingredients (a part from the raspberries) to a blender, and blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins. 4. Leave to cool on the bench for 10 mins, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
