@marketingwithgebel: What burnout taught me as a founder. From 2022 to 2024, I was doing everything alone. Marketing, closing clients, managing clients — they are all on me. I have no time for friends, family, or even just fun. By 2023, I started delegating to 2–3 team members. The system wasn’t solid yet, and when more leads came in, I didn’t know how to handle them. I ended up giving them away. Then I met two ladies whose strengths complemented my weaknesses. They became my co-owners and my accountability partners. Together, we built stronger systems for social media, marketing, business, and even life. Systems changed everything for us. Work became easier and faster. We became even more productive since we doubled down on our strengths. And most importantly, I finally have time to do things I love outside work! The three of us have colorful lives now.
