Why wasn’t she charged; she lied to a police officer. I’ve seen people get charged for lying about their name (it’s the same thing). She lied and then they have evidence, she needs to feel consequences for her lies. Shame

Well she was charged with criminal mischief but as far as lying that would either be filing a false report (didn't happen) or obstruction of justice (did happen but wouldn't hold up). Interestingly, police can lie to you all day.
