@trainwithhec: #throwback to when @daphnethickass came in for some mobility work. If you’ve never done true mobility or “FRC” I suggest you try it. No I’m not talking about Pilates or Yoga no offense to those types of workouts but with Mobility and FRC there is a lot more intention and it is the only joint specific program out there.
