Okay soo I noticed you don’t rub the shampoo on the ends of your hair, is that intentional ? Not judging, genuinely curious to know more. I usually scrub my whole hair from root to tip and I do struggle with really frizzy hair. Wonder if this technique could help

In nepal we donot wash our hair like that (if thats your usual washing style) it just mess up with back skin. Instead we bend down and bring all our hair in front and than wash.
