@joelliciouscuisine2: Stuffed artichoke with tahini sauce A hearty, flavorful dish combining tender artichoke bottoms, spiced meat and a zesty tahini sauce! Lemony and tangy it’s the perfect comforting meal. For this recipe you will need frozen artichoke bottoms, cooked in a lemony water until tender. For the stuffing: 2 Tb olive oil 1 big onion diced 250g minced meat 1 tsp all spice 1 tsp cinnamon powder Half teaspoon black pepper Salt For the tahini sauce: 4 cloves of garlic, mashed 1/2 cup tahini 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 cup water The juice of one orange (i used bloody oranges) Salt Black pepper Fill the artichoke bottoms and cook in the oven for around 20 minutes.
