I know it’s cliche but it’ll take time and get better after the first week my boy didnt even notice them and was moving so much knocking us out a lot of the times he’s 10 now and thankfully no issues since

I know you recived a lot of suggestions and on the original video not sure if it was mentioned but they have a rubber attachment for the middle strap that distributes the pressure. I have been there my son's five now it gets easier for both of you.

my son was born with bilateral talipes. He only has 1 year left of his boots but watching your video took me straight back - i sympathise and can totally relate. Fellow talipes mum- Your straps should always be tightened to the from out to the centre of the bar- this makes it easier to put them on and keep the foot in the correct position Also look at the socks your little one is wearing. Longer socks that then can be pulled over top of the boot is a lot comfier for my little one x
