Idk. My thought process for not buying from someone I dislike would probably be because buying a house is not a one time interaction and I'd be worried about them being unreasonable or untrustworthy in the various stages of the process. Plus, I'd wonder if there are problems with the building that they hid from me and what would happen if there was some issue afterwards and I needed them to provide info or documents about past repairs, plumbing or electric certifications and things like that.

I viewed a house and the woman who owned it was nothing but rude. It wasn’t a case of giving her my money that bothered me, it’s more I knew she’d be a nightmare to deal with when it came to negotiations, second viewings, moving dates etc.

disagree with cars could by an Ecoboom from Scotland because owner is nice much better to get a Mazda 3 petrol from Kent Michelin tyres on it obviously better but owner is grumpy

Rory has real insight into many things.. however on this one I think he's off , I've bought thousands of vehicles, tested them all, the owners personality has little bearing on how the vehicle gets serviced, you really have to check and test the vehicle, in fact separate yourself from it and be as objective as possible 🤔
