You do not have to take a field sobriety test and most lawyers say that you should not because cops will simply lie about the results. If you refuse to test and you test clean on a blood draw, you may get to sue them.

I’d like to know in what state, has a drivers license, that states on the back (or the front), that a person must complete a field sobriety test. I would suggest you look in the back of your license before replying. And please send a picture, I’d love to see it. Cause it ain’t in the state of Maryland.
