Here in UAE,we clock in 15min before work starts,clock out for our 1hr break and clock in back after the break and finally clock out when duty is over. When you don’t come to work you provide sick leave certificate,if not salary will be deducted. Holidays we work and you can take it anytime you like by asking a week before. This should be implement in Ghana 🇬🇭 the laziness is too much.

Performance management system is great. I support it. But we need to do something about the unreasonable long wait at our service providing agencies and hospitals. You go to get a service and you wait in line for hours bcuz network is slow or something.
