@amyfunderburk: 15 Days Of High Protein Meals day eleven: Chipotle BBQ Chicken Tenders🔥🌶️ ingredients: ✨4-6 Chicken Tenderloins ✨1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce, diced ✨1tsp Adobo Sauce (from the same can!) ✨1tsp Honey ✨1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar ✨1/3cup G Hughes BBQ Sauce ✨Seasonings: Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper ✨Panko Breadcrumbs ✨Liquid Egg Whites ✨GARNISH: green onion Directions: ✨Remove the tendon from the chicken tenderloins. Then seasoned generously with the seasonings listed. ✨ Grab 2 small plates. In one, pour out enough egg whites to cover the bottom of the plate. Do the same with the breadcrumbs in the other plate. ✨ Bread your seasoned tenderloins by dipping in egg whites & then the bread crumbs. ✨Place the seasoned & breaded tenderloins in the air fryer. Spray the tops with non stick olive oil or avocado oil spray. Air fry at 400 for 12-14 minutes flipping halfway. ✨While the chicken is cooking, make your sauce. Mix together the BBQ sauce, diced chipotle pepper, apple cider vinegar, honey & adobo sauce. ✨ When the chicken is done, toss the tenders in the sauce.
