I've noticed a huge change since using mine!! me and my kids use Boca in the morning and then a fluoride toothpaste at night, and it has been a wonderful change for all of us!!

if yall didn’t know fluoride is GOOD!! we ingest it everyday in our water and food. We are BORN with fluoride in sacks on our teeth.

If you’re worried about fluoride ingestion (which you shouldn’t be) why would you take it out of your toothpaste first? Are you swallowing your toothpaste? Fluoride is clinically proven as safe and effective for the prevention of cavities. If you use this toothpaste you should at minimum be using a fluoride mouthwash after
