If you can afford it, bring their car seat and get their own seat. It’s the only thing that’s made traveling with a toddler more tolerable.

Tips for parents wanting to travel. Only let your kids use tablets on flights. We have tablets that are only used when we travel, never any other time. Pack lots of snacks & don't let them out of their seat; once they know they're allowed out of their seat, that's the end of it for you. Our 4.5yo & 3yo have been on close to 20 flights & only once we had a hard time & that was at the end of a trip from Europe to Aus - so it was expected. Even then, it wasn't chaos, it just required more distractions & attention from us. You've got this! 😊
