More proof that they hire some of the least educated amongst us to be cops. They literally do not want smart people to be law-enforcement. They want dumb people, they purposely do not train them, and then they send them out into the public to do whatever they feel is right, and when they get sued, they throw their hands up and act like oh I didn’t know. They don’t know because they’re not trained properly. And why don’t they train them? Because the only ones that are punished are the taxpayers. It’s literally the government purposely playing dumb. If you look into many of these cities, they have standards when it comes to hiring, and one of them is people that have too high of an IQ are disqualified. They do not want people that can actually think for themselves to be in this position. They want dronesthat just show up and threaten people with the rest like this guy is doing.
