@fitfuelbyjuliana: If you love a bueno, you can now have it for breakfast 😎 tbf I did just add the bueno on top for decoration but you can absolutely make it part of the recipe too 🤭 Recipe: 50g of oats 5g flax seeds/chia seeds* 50g yoghurt 30g of vegan protein powder* 160 ish mls of milk or water (I always eyeball 😅) For the top: 20g of hazelnut spread* 5-10g of of soy crisps* (Optional: chocolate drizzle, and 1/2 bueno) Ingredients with a * are from @Prozis_official (code FITFOODIEJULES will help support my content and give you the biggest discount possible!) Cook the oats with water and chia seeds, then mix in yoghurt and protein and add to a small bowl. Melt the hazelnut spread the mix in the soy crisps.
