I think both parties is wrong as a Abbot flyer for many many years I’ve dealt with my fair share of jerk airline employees so I understand the frustration that that comes with you have to walk on eggshells while standing up for your rights and fear that they won’t let you board or they’ll ban you I don’t know 100% what led to this but I’m pretty sure there was a better way to go about it. Airline reps need to be trained de-escalation as well. You’re getting passengers from all over the world, different states and countries being trained a de-escalating a situation like this would be very helpful. Some may not find it necessary but looking for the outside and I can see how that would’ve made a big difference. Her anxiety is high and she has a fear of being lost and stranded. If anybody else has the other video that led up to this incident, please share.
