People forget that when you buy a house you’re now responsible for everything! Taxes and insurance go up every year. Things break the older the house gets. What happens when insurance says they will drop you if you don’t replace the roof? Great video.

that last red flag is a big one , just because you can get Down payment assistance, and you paid your rent on time for the last 12 months and you need money to keep the house . I'm learning more now after buying my house than I did before even getting pre approved
