I had a frustrating experience with UPS because my package was delayed and I wasn’t getting clear updates. I reached out through [email protected], and I was finally able to get help with the issue. I’m glad it was addressed, but I hope UPS improves communication and delivery service going forward.

Mine was stolen yesterday from UPS from T-Mobile!!! Hmmm I had to pick up at store and they tell me me that somebody came in pick it up. I’m like how tf yall let somebody walk in & take my phone. I call the police immediately

When T-Mobile sends you another phone and you get the tracking number, call UPS and make an appointment to pick it up at a local Customer Center, then you can open it right in front of them

Same thing happened to me and my husband, so I now refuse to get it delivered. But it’s out of stock in store and they won’t allow an in store pickup unless they have stocks. It’s an absolute mess. We waited a month for them!!!!
