Total bullshit. You’ll never be as young, healthy and energetic as you are in your twenties and also with fewer responsibilities (spouse, kids, mortgage, etc). Tomorrow isn’t promised. Live large while you’re young. Get more serious in your thirties but NEVER put work over what makes you excited about life.

No, don’t believe this , enjoy life now . You’ll get to 50 and regret it . You can enjoy life both young & old . I’m 67 , retired and regret working all my life for a few good years at the end ( which I am enjoying but also riddled with arthritis, so it has limits that I wouldn’t have had when I was young)
