@littleremyfood: I Finally Fixed My Epic Recipe Fail! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • 3 packet of gelatin • 3 cups of water • ¼ cup sugar • 1 cup raspberries and blueberries • 1 cup white chocolate Directions: 1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in ½ cup cold water and set aside. 2. In a saucepan, bring the remaining 2 ½ cups water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, then stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved. 3. Place the berries into donut molds, then carefully pour the gelatin mixture over them, leaving about ¼ inch of space at the top. 4. Chill in the fridge until the gelatin is fully set. 5. Melt the white chocolate, then pour a thin layer over the top of each donut mold to fill it completely. 6. Refrigerate again until firm, then pop out of the molds and enjoy your sweet, fruity, jiggly “donuts”! 🍓🍩💫
