When I joined junior high band in the early 80s, I was bullied out of being in the drumcore because the director felt like I couldn't carry the quads. He pushed me into playing trumpet, which i hated. Glad I learned to read music, though. Years later, I dated drummer and would commander his drum kit and noodle away while the boys were out having a smoke break. We ended our relationship and I tucked away my drumming fantasies. I'm 56 years old now and because of your videos, I just went out and bought a set of sticks and a practice pad. I'm finally going to realize my dreaming dreams. Maybe even be in a band one day. Thank you for being an awesome inspiration for an adult with a passion ❤
