I feel for her she’s never been in trouble and this is a traumatic event that results in arrest. So the other person goes Scott free although she caused the incident and nothing happens. The police is saying she can get out but there is a stain on her record. Bottom line.

System is so INJUST. I remember I once Went to Jail because I bit my abuser who had me on a chokehold….. I was in there Friday, Saturday Sunday and all day Monday then released that evening. Point is THE SYSTEM HAS NEVER BEEN FAIR . That kid should not be in there ! 😡

If I was her mom, I’d let her know all will be fine, how to conduct herself in these type of situations, I would add a sign “Racist people are NOT welcome”, I would make my daughter pay me back the money I had to pay in fines ONLY if I did not prepared her to handle herself properly. And…. I would take her to the park and love her, since I we all make mistakes, we just have to learn from it!
