It’s brain fog, joint pain, inflammation, weight gain, cough, etc. I know when I have a Hashimotos flare up when I begin to cough and my face is swollen. 😩

Hashimotos, hypothyroidism, perimenopause. My brain fog used ti be soo bad. Stopping mid sentence not knowing what word to use next. Got off Levo a year ago, taking supplements to help with symptoms. Feeling better!

I did a Gut & a Dutch test… it’s definitely pricey, but oh my gosh, I’m finally getting answers. I used to think everything was just from my Hashimoto’s, but turns out it’s also connected to bacteria and hormones in my body. I know it’s expensive, but seriously girls, if you can save up for it, it’s so worth it. You’ll finally understand what’s really going on.🥺💔

I just have hypo, but the brain fog is so real. Mine gets more like a dissociative feeling, which is super frustrating. It probably lasts for seven straight days.
