Just putting this out there, if you haven’t done this type of exercise in a long time or ever, you may have some side effects. As long as your doctor says you’re good to work out, stick with it. It’s so worth it. After the unpleasant symptoms go away (body becomes unblocked), you’ll feel AMAZING!
