2 things, 1 why peal the potatoes that's a sin where come from. the other are people scared of you they took the metal blade knife away from you and gave you a plastic one. It's okay because have some friends we do t let have guns any more.😁

I made this in the instant pot. I sautéed the onion and sausage right in the pot. I added a little water. You gotta let the pot cool down after sauté before you slow cook.
