I think Africa needs alot of ABA clinics to help the kids learn to communicate. If he was in aba clinic they would know how to take care of him and he would be communicating as much as he can

Please try to communicate with him through pictures.Then he can point out what he need and how he feels .Pls stick will make him worse I’m speaking from experience 🙏Try to have a schedule for him to navigate through the day.
