I’m a manager for Starbucks. Recently I have an employee who was hired& she’s from Brazil, she was telling me back home she would watch baristas on tv/ in the movies& she’s always wanted to become a barista. On my worst days in that building, that is her dream to be there& apart of it. It truly humbled me
