My boss travels out of this airport twice a week and said it’s a ghost town and easy every single time. He left today too. He shows up 40 mins before his flight and zips right through. So, when was this? Before 5am?

It’s because tsa doesn’t open the gates until 4/5am but people obviously get there 2 hours before their flight. It normally clears up after the morning build up. Also if you fly delta or southwest your usually fine because those gates are a different security line! Hope this helps!

because people want to get to their intl destinations by 12pm and cmh is not a customs airport so you have to go to a hub first. 5am is always the busiest.

The early bird flights are always the worst honestly. A lot of people travel for work at that time and also people take those flights to maximize their vacation time. The best time of day is probably the early afternoon

it is literally only THIS busy at 5am bc that’s when they open TSA and even then it’s pretty quick lol other then that you won’t spend more then 10 mins in line 🤣
