The stripping and sanding alone took a solid 8 days of work, and then I handed them off to a professional for staining. Between the dust, the paint layers, and the surprise lead discovery, it was a true labor of love. But seeing these 1890s doors back to their original beauty made every bit of effort worth it. Old character just hits different.
