nothing revolutionary about this. it is Fibre reinforced cement (ad aggregate for concrete) with soap as the air entrainment additive and a plasticizer. This has been in use for at least the last 30 years since I have studies, and I have been a part of multiple heavy highway projects using these techniques in my decade as a construction engineer

the detergent treats bubbles in the concrete. making it less prone to cracking in colder climates. the technical term is air entrained. ACI certification

Less strength than normal concrete, that’s why the fiberglass additive. Can’t use this for anything structural or below grade.

Doesn’t the detergent weaken the psi of the final product and, how stable does it remain after many years of environmental exposure … sun, heat, sub-zero temps, rain, cracking etc…
