Listen I understand some people have the intention to advise, but speaking on behalf of our creator is one dangerous thing to do. “Your prayer won’t be accepted”, “you’re wasting your time by praying this way” etc etc, let’s be very careful.

Some people even try to tell me that you have to remove your make up when doing wudu and it’s like ?? Then everyone should be washing their face from moisturizer/ sunscreen face oils, in order for the water to penetrate your pores. It is a purification ritual not a cleanliness routine

His point is that women are being alienated from the religion. Think about it.. how many times do we hear of men cheating on their wives bc she doesn’t fix herself, she doesn’t wear makeup, he wants his wife to always look pretty. Then we shame the woman for not meeting her husband’s expectations. But if she does fix herself up and wear nail polish or makeup, for example, then she cannot pray and is alienated from the religion. It’s a rock and a hard place. Women don’t win in any situation
