I had a brand new CX5 that turned out to be a lemon. The trans was replaced 3 times before 2k miles. Mazda was NOT helpful.

It blows my mind that at every turn Mazda just keeps making this worse. The first time they commented on one of her videos, this should have been fixed, if only in the name of self preservation of the brands image. This is only getting bigger and bigger the more they mess this up.

I had a lemon. GM gave me a fight and I hired a lawyer. He suggested a “breach of warranty”, since they failed to fix it under warranty. GM settled it almost instantly. Got a check and legal fees, traded it immediately. I ended up with more than i originally paid.
