I share my calming receipt: 10 drops of lavender 5 of chamomile 5 of valerian I use the same roller format and carry it on my purse, if I feel overwhelmed I smell it or put it on my wrist and neck. 🙏✨ it's nice to get asleep too

Little tip, my dad is an herbalist so I grew making positions with thin! It was fun!! Dark glass bottles (like amber, cobalt, or matte black) are essential for storing perfume made with essential oils because they protect the blend from light, heat, and oxidation these are the main things that break oils down.

It’s so much fun to craft your own scents! i love sweet, gourmand scents so I take a body oil, add a few drops of almond extract, vanilla and a few drops of orange essential oil and I smell delicious! Another good one is coconut oil with lemon oil, it’s like a lemon meringue pie! 🍋 🥧
