Thats not what the guy is saying. He is just saying that you are allowed to eat 80/20 diet where you can do some mcd at 1 day or something like that. He means that eating every meal like that. Every day. It must be miserable because he is not used to doing 100/0 diet which no one even should do. If you just eat mostly healthy, workout, do cardio, you can 100% make space for cheat meals here and there. So just because eggs, for example, got cheesy fats that YOU like, that doesn't mean it doesn't look miserable to others. So yea he do got a point. It's not health or unhealthy. It's about balance. But to not sound like a angry piece of shit, I love you videos and I am dieting myself, so I see where you argument is coming from, I just wanted to say that his comment on the food on the picture was and is totally valid:)

How much calories should i focus on getting everyday i eat loads of fiber and antioxidants for gut health, protein vitamins fish oils for omega 3 etc, but i have a very bad sight at food, because i dont wanna look fat and i dont really like my apereance, i train 4 times gym a week and 2 fotball trainings, should i eat alot or?
