I got carpal tunnel from playing video games so much that I had to stop playing for a couple of weeks and it went away on its own I’m scared of getting it again 😭😭😭

I had the surgery on right hand, 26 days ago. Recovery is excruciating. I have a lot of pain. Stitches are out, Just waiting to see how it turns out.

I had surgery for this at 20. The cramping I would get at night was awful. The surgery helped a lot with the pain and numbness but I still have weak hands
