Try not to hit the ball in the water. Hope this helps. Jk but really with your irons try to line the ball up with your front foot and keep your hands forward, helped me with my irons a million percent

Overall your swing looks good. If you noticed the divots… the last practice swing was it. But on the attempt I see your spine angle needs attention. I struggle with that at times. Next time, don’t try changing your swing (it looks good) just make sure you end up on the left foot and try swinging at 90-95%. Let me know if that helps!
