Delft is not as unknown, it’s definitely famous and visited by many people and is mainly well known for its Delft Blue pottery “Delfts Blauw”. Delft is a municipality in the province of South Holland and located between Rotterdam and The Hague. Delft is home to the famous Dutch painter Jan Vermeer, and played a highly influential role in the Dutch Golden Age by also contributing to scientific and technological advances. When wandering around the city, you will see picturesque canals, the old church, characteristic buildings in the city centre and bustling streets with markets selling pottery and other vintage items. #delft #nederland #netherlands #fyp #foryoupage
