Having clogged dead skin filled hair follicles will also make you bald, so if you have chronic dandruff you need it.

Fun fact: the active ingredient in head & shoulders is zinc pyrithione & if you google it you’ll find it’s been shown to help regrow hair, not make it fall out. It’s recommended to check w/Dr if you experience hair loss as it’s symptomatic of something else.

It quite literally does the opposite. The main ingredient, ketoconazole, helps to block dht production. Dht is a hormone produced by the scalp which causes hair thinning

No it doesn’t. If you’ve got a sensitive scalp/skin it can cause irritation that MAY lead to SOME hair loss, but it does not cause male pattern baldness. As a matter of fact, dandruff buildup can cause hair loss, so if you have dandruff, your hairline is safer using dandruff shampoo.
