I managed to get new 5k PB yesterday. 42min09sec “8’26”km/pace. Super happy with that as it was 1min9sec quicker than previous time. Hoping to get it under 40 minutes by end of the year. ☺

Also leg length matters! I also run around 7min/km and my tall boyfriend can indeed speed walk that pace next to me lmao. My speedwalk is around 10km/km too :)
