I just opened my new 1200 sqft spa in a new city and we are walking by faith and not by sight. No one’s booking we used everything to open and I worry about the same. I have a Christian spa rooted in biblical principles all I can say is Im trusting God to provide because I have faith I know he will.

It’s not just you, babe. Soooo many small businesses are struggling because no one is able to spend extra money right now. Most of us are barely making it paycheck to paycheck. Purely surviving. Having to decide what groceries to buy instead of buying our whole list. I’m so sorry.

Hire a neighbor or a friend to go in as a blind reviewer to see if there’s any service issues. You can potentially look into hiring a store manager to take some of the load off your shoulders. Delegating hard because you release some quality control. But rocky roads are inevitable, you’ll make it through. On step at a time

Hey, it’s not just you. I’m an LMT and business is not great. People are seriously struggling. They are hurting, even with a membership based business we are still seeing people not booking for already paid for services because they can’t take the time off to come or they can’t afford a tip. It’s rough.
