how long does it last before the blade needs sharpened? and do you just order a new blade at that point, or sharpen it?

If only the suction cups work. And if only it truly grabs the bread that clean without squishing. My husband and I tried everything.

I have one like that and don’t like it. It slides every time I try to use it. It doesn’t have a guard. I’m glad I invested in an electric slicer
