@imogengracejephson: Honey minted lamb chops w parmesan roasties and honey roasted carrots 🥕🍯 Ingredients 🛒 Lamb chops Mint sauce Honey Thyme Salt / pepper Parsley Beef stock All purpose seasoning Potatoes Flour Olive oil Garlic bulb Parmesan Carrots Recipe 👩‍🍳 Peel & chop carrots and potatoes, chop parsley and crush garlic. Marinate lamb chops in honey, mint sauce, all purpose, thyme, parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper & give everything a good mix. Parboil carrots and potatoes. Drain carrots, place on a baking tray and add a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper & thyme and roast for 20 mins. Drain potatoes and add to piping hot oil in air fryer w garlic bulbs, salt, pepper and thyme and air fry for 30 mins, turning occasionally. Fry lamb chops until cooked through, set aside. In the same pan as the juices, add flour, beef stock, mint sauce and stir until perfect consistency. Season roasties with parsley and Parmesan.
