Spent a year feeling the distance grow further and further. Searching for ways to fix it, to close the gap, to bring us back together again. Unfortunately, I snapped and said things I shouldn’t have. Now it’s been 25 days since we last spoke and I feel lost. Every form of communication blocked. I can’t apologize, I can’t forgive, I’m trapped in my own head playing it over and over and over again. I’d give anything to go back to just feeling the distance because this silence is killing me. 😔

Life takes over. That’s the reality. It’s not that you don’t like them anymore but we all change and evolve and this is who we are now. We used to resonate with those people but we’ve all changed. We are on a different state of mind now and that is not bad, not at all.
