There’s another creator on here who had the same issue in her BMW while she was on vacation. It chewed wires and the material on her seat.😩

Ok The car doesn’t need to go…since getting my dream ranch I have been dealing with lots of field mice, don’t want to say they’ve grown on me, but they just like us look for a warm dry place to have their babies. It most definitely was only there over night. Most have 8 to 12 depending on size of momma, so you definitely need to check for more, but will help you with that. Where you found them you don’t need to worry about chewing up wires. That’s by engine.on Amazon order a box of 4 human traps ( they are blue or green) put peanut butter in back spot & put them around car. Under seats & trunk. SAFE AROUND KIDS. If after a few days you don’t catch any you are all good!!! Do not put the snap traps, dangerous around kids & kill babies. I think they weren’t in the car. But still clean really good. With the rat/mice issues going on right now which I will put below, try & know it’s hard not to let kiddos eat in car. The food attracks them!!!

my worst nightmare.. all i can say is if she had nested in your car who knows if you have wires and who knows what else is now chewed and there is never just one. i would recommend getting a rat light to place under your car or under the hood to detour them (they don’t like light). once they start chewing stuff it can be upwards of thousands to replace it. a good family friend paid 6,000$ 2 separate times to replace wiring in her brand new car.
