When you pay parking at the pay stations, 75% of the time you don't get a receipt. Couple of times I paid and got a $53.00 parking ticket 😡

One time I asked an employee which way the dennys was and he just stared at me for 30 seconds and said “idk don’t you think a google search would work. “I had never been to union station before and I had no reception” the dennys was just outside the building he could’ve told me which direction 😐

you need to have your staff take metro for a week at minimum. I used to work at Lyft and we had go car free competitions and it was fun. Talking to your staff they only know stops not the same as the experience of taking Metro in LA so help them Go @LA Metro
